At Kingfisher Harriers we run several sessions throughout the week;
All of our sessions are run to safety guidelines and are available to members only. All sessions are advertised through the My Running Cub app and members must book on in order to be able to attend wih the exception of Thursday club run which is a turn up basis.
Example session types are detailed below but please see app for further details.
5k – 10k development sessions. Starting after the C25K program ends this is aimed at supporting any runner to get up to 10k distance.
Long Run / Marathon Training. Various sessions to support people to increase their distance running in preparation for half or full marathons. The program runs to prepare people in time for either a Spring or Autumn race, so start in around January and June.
